What's the big problem among American runners?
We have youth & high school running programs following the same training styles & formats that adult marathoners use, and until now, no one has said anything about this crazy method of training.
Thanks to these dated methods, we have this 'image' of a runner: the lone person, out in the boonies, running for miles on end, as if they had nothing better to do.
Today's kids see this image, and don't even want to give the sport a shot!
"I don't wanna run forever!"
